International educational project for leaders and executives from agrifood ecosystem companies
Goals of AGROWFOOD
Agrohub in partnership with INSEAD launched Agrowfood Leadership program to help leaders from one of the most important sectors tackle world’s most challenging issues
We strongly believe that education as well as cooperation and experience sharing are key ingredients for positive changes, innovation adoption and efficient technology
ALP is a knowledge and experience platform where international participants from different parts of the agrifood value Chain (producers, suppliers, brokers) interact intensively and thus widen their perspective and breakthrough silos
Is it about delivering superior results, building high—performing teams and enduring organizations? Or is it that and more? Why are some organizations consistently more successful than others? How to be prepared for environmental and social challenges? And how do you continue to create value in these uncertain times? Is the value creation today the same as that of yesteryear?

These are just some of the questions organizations and executives are asking themselves in today's volatile and disrupted business environment.

Of course, many leadership and strategy fundamentals remain relevant today, but much like the environment, they are also evolving. To remain competitive, organizations and executives must keep apace with global changes in ways of leading and adapt accordingly. Business strategies also need to change to suit 21s century trends.
What is effective leadership today?
The AGROHUB - INSEAD Agrowfood Leadership Program seeks to answer these questions and provide insights into leading and strategizing in today’s world.
3 days offline program in Fontainebleau, France and 2 days virtual seminars will help you build the core capabilities of leadership in turbulent times, hone your strategic thinking skills, better understand global trends and trends in the agricultural sector, as well as learn how to make effective decisions in the modern VUCA-world in conditions of instability and rapid change.
